Inspire

Recently I went shopping with my roomie and while at Ross we saw some adorable journals and fell in love with them instantly. She just got back from Ireland and has a wonderful scrapbook/journal with all kinds of neat things stapled in it. Thus I was inspired to buy a journal and put cool things in it, I am not going out of the country however but still wanted something that I could write my thoughts in and also because it says inspire on the front decided that I wanted to put quotes in it as well. Today as I sit in riverfront at school I am starting to think about all the things that inspire me and I realize there are many: quotes, songs, people, even scenery. I like to sit in the corner of this room and listen to music while watching all the students around me study, chat, and eat lunch, because I can't hear them I like to imagine what they're saying and even who they are. Some studying which unfortunately reminds me of upcoming assignments I have, some playing with their phones, some just sitting quietly as I am. I wonder what things inspire these people and what they are doing with their lives. I can't imagine living in a world where nothing inspires, pleases, excites you. I always try and take the time to appreciate the things around me and to write down things that make me happy, sad, scared, or surprised. Anything that makes you feel anything should definitely be documented.

So I ask, what inspires you?
